| SPARRING |
| Sparring, Semi-controlled contact: (Sparring gloves, Headguards, Mouthguards, Shin guards, Groin guards, Foot protectors). |

| PHYSICAL CONDITIONING DEMONSTRATION |

Participant will stand in a Horse stance for 5 minutes. (45 degrees) Arms on hips
in punch positions. JUNIORS 3 MINUTES. |

STAMINA |
| Minimum of 30 Full Press ups. (Chest to fist level. Hands & feet on floor, no knees.) |
| Minimum of 30 Full Sit ups. (From floor to knees. Ankles may be held.) |
| Minimum of 75 Full Squats. (Legs to 90degrees.) |
| Duck walk. |

Bunny Hop. |
| Examiners choice of exercises. |
|
A Junior is any person under 16yrs old, unless the Junior wishes to be graded as a Senior, with the Chief Examiners approval. |
