| SPARRING |
| Sparring, Semi-controlled contact: (Sparring gloves, Headguards, Mouthguards, Shin guards, Groin guards, Foot protectors). |
| Sparring, including controlled Knee strikes (2 mins)(JUNIORS EXEMPT - use normal strikes). |
| Line up of three different competitors (Senior grades) 2 mins each continuous. (No rest, can include take downs). |

| PHYSICAL CONDITIONING DEMONSTRATION |

Participant will stand in a Horse stance for 10 minutes. (45 degrees) Arms out stretched
in punch positions. JUNIORS 5 MINUTES. |

STAMINA |
| Minimum of 30 Full Press ups. (Chest to fist level. Hands & feet on floor, no knees.) |
| Minimum of 30 Full Sit ups. (From floor to knees. Ankles may be held.) |
| Minimum of 100 Full Squats. (Legs to 90degrees.) |
| Duck walk. |

Bunny Hop. |
| Examiners choice of exercises. |

A Junior is any person under 16yrs old, unless the Junior wishes to be graded as a Senior, with the Chief Examiners approval. |

WAKO (NZ) believe the gaining of the Coveted Black Belt is the most prestigious award in the Martial Arts. This is the final test. There will be a minimum of 9 months preparation time to Black Belt. |
